We currently only deliver Orders placed via the Website/Website Call Centre to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. A variety of Order delivery/collection methods are available as set out below. However we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels. II .General Conditions: Delivery and Click & Collect: Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.

Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays.

Product care

Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange Policy:- Customers can exchange products within 3 business days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the products are unused and in their original condition.- Customers must send the products they wish to exchange to us, and we will send a shipping company to collect them and deliver the new products. - The store will bear the delivery cost of AED 35 within the United Arab Emirates within 7 business days after approval by the company. - Please note that the exchange policy does not apply to offers or specially printed, embroidered or manufactured products. Refund Policy: - Customers can request a refund within 3 business days from the time of receiving the order, provided that the products are unused and in their original condition. - Customers must send the returned items to us in their original condition and with the original invoice. - Items that have been washed, used, damaged, or without their original packaging will not be accepted. - Please note that the refund policy does not apply to offers or specially printed, embroidered or manufactured products. - The initial shipping cost will be deducted if it was free in addition to the cost of the return shipping, and customers must send the returned items to us. - The range of doubt regarding the accuracy of sizes is up to +_ 0.6 inches. - The delivery fee will be deducted from the customer's balance if the customer received free delivery. - The remaining balance will be transferred within two to three days from the date of receiving the products if they are in good condition.
