We currently only deliver Orders placed via the Website/Website Call Centre to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. A variety of Order delivery/collection methods are available as set out below. However we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels. II .General Conditions: Delivery and Click & Collect: Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.

Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays.

Product care

1. Read the instructions: Make sure to read and follow the care instructions that come with the suit. They may include specific guidelines for washing, ironing, and drying.
2. Washing: Before washing the suit, remove any detachable accessories or parts such as buttons or belts. Use cold or warm water and a mild detergent to wash the suit. Avoid using bleach or strong detergents that may affect the quality of polyester.
3. Ironing: It is preferable to iron the suit at a low to medium temperature. Avoid placing the iron directly on the fabric and use a thin cotton cloth between the iron and the suit to protect the fabric.
4. Drying: Drying on a low setting in a dryer may be suitable for polyester. However, it is best to hang the suit for air drying whenever possible. Avoid prolonged exposure of the suit to direct sunlight to prevent color fading or fabric distortion.
5. Storage: It is preferable to store the suit in a dry and well-ventilated place, away from excessive moisture and heat. Separate storage bags can be used to protect the suit and maintain its cleanliness and readiness for use.
6. Special treatment: Avoid using bleach or strong chemicals on the suit, and refrain from exposing it to strong chemicals or adhesive substances that may damage the fabric.

 

Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange Policy:- Customers can exchange products within 3 business days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the products are unused and in their original condition.- Customers must send the products they wish to exchange to us, and we will send a shipping company to collect them and deliver the new products. - The store will bear the delivery cost of AED 35 within the United Arab Emirates within 7 business days after approval by the company. - Please note that the exchange policy does not apply to offers or specially printed, embroidered or manufactured products. Refund Policy: - Customers can request a refund within 3 business days from the time of receiving the order, provided that the products are unused and in their original condition. - Customers must send the returned items to us in their original condition and with the original invoice. - Items that have been washed, used, damaged, or without their original packaging will not be accepted. - Please note that the refund policy does not apply to offers or specially printed, embroidered or manufactured products. - The initial shipping cost will be deducted if it was free in addition to the cost of the return shipping, and customers must send the returned items to us. - The range of doubt regarding the accuracy of sizes is up to +_ 0.6 inches. - The delivery fee will be deducted from the customer's balance if the customer received free delivery. - The remaining balance will be transferred within two to three days from the date of receiving the products if they are in good condition.
